Not an Ethiopian baby but a baby none the less

We have been waiting 11 months for this day and it finally has come...Penny Lane our wonderful broodmare had her colt!!! He is absolutely adorable!

Penny is a quarter horse, her only job in life is cookin up adorable foals, she is very good at it!

His father is a Welsh pony, who is the National Welsh Champion in 07, he lives in Oregon and is soooo handsome!

We think that the baby will shed out to be a dark Palomino some time between when he sheds his baby coat and turns two. Ella wants to spend all of her time with the baby, her favorite thing to do is when he lays down to put his head in her lap and sing him lullabies. She sings a bit of a remix, with twinkle twinkle, Jesus loves the little Children, and some others. I'll post some pics of her with him soon.

We also are caught up in the investigation and are with a different agency. We learned of it on June 1st and were set to go through court on the day they stopped everything May 31.

You colt is beautiful, and that Daddy--what a stud! I love palominos and have since I was little. What a wonderful life to bring babies of all sorts into your lives.
